Code of Ethics

As an ECLIPSE Water Machine Independent Distributor/Dealer:

I will always conduct myself with integrity and honesty, and will treat others as I would wish to be treated (The Golden Rule). 
 
I will uphold the values of Water Safety Corporation and not engage in any deceptive, unlawful, or unethical consumer or recruiting practice that may be determental, or reflect poorly on Water Safety Corporation, the direct selling industry, or me personally. I will be an advocate for Water Safety Corporation's Code of Ethics by supporting and respecting the spirit and intent in which it was written.    
 
I agree to uphold the Direct Selling Association's (DSA) Code of Ethics and anti-proselyting policies.
 
I will limit the product claims that I make about the Eclipse Water Machine (and associated items) to those claims that are found in literature which is printed and distributed by Water Safety Corporation. 
I will share the Eclipse Water Machine opportunity to prospects with honesty and integrity and I will not misrepresent actual or potential sales or earnings. I realize the level of success an individual attains is accomplished through his or her own efforts.

I will not engage in criticism or disparaging remarks about other direct sales companies.

I will fulfill commitments that I make to customers, and to others within the organization.

I will abide by local, state and federal laws that govern my independent distributorship/dealership. I understand that it is my responsiblity to comply with these laws.
